Hi to everyone!
My name is Maria, I am 23 years old and I am a smiling Italian girl born in Taranto. My passions are languages and travels and for these reasons I attended the course of Translation and Interpreting in Italy. I speak 4 different languages added to Italian, my mother tongue: Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. Well, I did a course of Arabic as well but I cannot say I am able to speak it, hehe.
Spain is my real big love. I lived there for several times: the last one was for 7 months (until April) as an au-pair girl in Madrid for a beautiful Spanish family. It was a fantastic experience, where I learnt not only the language but also new cultures, habits, friends and love. I went also to Brazil to volunteer for a big event settled in Rio de Janeiro in 2013. I worked there as a translator and a simultaneous interpreter. While I was there, I had the opportunity to translate Pope Francis for the official radio: unforgettable!
And then, as I feel like a free spirit, I am currently moving to Ireland to discover this green and beautiful country! I am living in Cork and it seems really a lovely city. I am presently working for EazyCity in the Marketing as an intern for the Spanish market. I think this job could be really interesting because I will learn a lot about marketing strategies and because it could be a professional chance for my future career.
I will work hard but I am sure I will enjoy this time here with new people, so I am ready to start this new adventurous experience in Ireland!
