From Turin to Cork: the story of Sonia

“Hi, my name is Sonia, I’m 19 years old and I am from near Torino in Italy. I studied for 5 years in a Tourism school and have a diploma. My school asked me if I desire to study and work in Ireland for 2 and half months and I decided to come to  Cork. For three weeks I lived in a host family and it was a very nice experience.

I studied for 3 weeks in Cork English College. Now I live in EazyCork accommodation and am completing an internship. I like the friendly people in Ireland, they are ready to help you in all moments and it is easy to meet people. Ireland has magnificent landscapes with lakes, castles and big gardens. Cork is a nice city with  alot of shops. I have a unique opportunity  to learn the English language, experience new cultures and met new people. I’m very happy for this experience and I thank my school and EazyCork for this experience
